This is a personal project, just one person, not a company. I wrote these terms in plain language on purpose, no dense legal boilerplate.

What this site is

This site documents my personal challenge to earn $100,000 before I turn 18. The numbers, progress updates, and log posts are self-reported, and I update them myself by hand. No outside party checks or verifies them.

Content ownership

Everything on this site (log posts, project descriptions, and other original writing) belongs to me. Please don't copy or repost it somewhere else without asking first.

Submitting suggestions

The suggestion box is optional, totally up to you. Please keep it lawful and civil: nothing abusive, threatening, infringing, or that isn't yours to share, and don't put in passwords, financial details, or other confidential info. If you send me a suggestion, you're letting me read it and use it, act on it, or ignore it however I want, with no obligation to reply, give you credit, build it, or pay you for it. Ideas aren't confidential here, and I can't promise something similar isn't already in the works. I can remove any submission whenever I want.

This site links to my Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube profiles. I don't control those platforms and I'm not responsible for what's on them or their rules. Visit them at your own discretion.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or that it'll stay available or maintained on any particular schedule. Use it at your own judgment.

Changes to these terms

I might update these terms as the project changes. The date at the top of this page always shows the last time that happened.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia.
