Day 2: The site is live bla bla bla

Shipped the first version of this site today. It's intentionally simple: a countdown, a money progress bar, a list of what I've built, and this log.

Everything on this site is driven by two JSON files and a folder of markdown posts — no database, no admin panel. That means updating it is just editing a file and pushing to git, which keeps the friction near zero so I actually keep this up daily instead of it rotting after week one.

Next up: lining up a couple more small jobs for the summer and figuring out what the first "real" project (something with actual leverage, not just hourly work) should be.
